Victoria Miles is an award-winning artist based in Waikato, Aotearoa New Zealand. She is both a landscape and a portrait artist.

Victoria’s scenes take inspiration from the beauty and grandeur of the natural world. Inspired by the ephemeral quality of light and the subtleties it reveals, Victoria invites not only a sense of wonder but a reflection on the balance between nature and human presence.

Victoria’s influences range from the masters such as Da Vinci and John Singer Sargent to the artists of the Hudson River School.

Long held interests in the environment and conservation inform her work, having studied science as well as the arts.
